Backlight Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) describes prohibited uses of certain platform services (the “Platform Services”) offered through www.celtx.com, www.ftrack.com, www.iconik.io, www.wildmoka.com, and www.zype.com (each, a “Backlight Site”). By using a Platform Services or accessing a Backlight Site, you agree to the latest version of this Policy. If you violate the Policy or authorize or help others to do so, Backlight may suspend or terminate your use of the Platform Services.

You may not use or allow others to use the Platform Services or any Backlight Site for:

activities that violate the rights of others, or that may be harmful to others, including distributing content that promotes discrimination, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group;
distributing content that is inflammatory, defamatory, obscene, violent, threatening or abusive;
offering fraudulent goods or services, ponzi and pyramid schemes, phishing, or pharming;
probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any of system or monitoring data on the Platform Service;
taking any action that may interfere with the functioning of the Platform Service, including actions intended to avoid use limitations;
taking any action that may damage any system or program or that enables the interception or expropriation of any data; or
falsifying any headers, domains or any other electronic information for purposes of deceiving others.

Backlight may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy or misuse of the Platform Services or Backlight Site. In the event of any violation of this Policy, Backlight may remove any content from the Platform Service and suspend or terminate any user account, as determined by Backlight.
