At Zype, our goal is to make it easy for you to build and make money from your own branded streaming destinations. That’s why we are excited to introduce a new feature that will make it easier than ever for you to generate revenue from your videos: Embeddable Subscriptions.

With Embeddable Subscriptions, you can easily implement a Subscription Video On-Demand (SVOD) model in your online web, mobile, and set-top video apps - no development required.
With the click of a button, you can make some or all of your videos “subscriber only”, requiring viewers to sign into or register a new paid subscription account before gaining access. In addition, Zype will provide you with embeddable widgets allowing your viewers to purchase a subscription directly from your website.
Embeddable Subscriptions allows you to customize the plans available to your users, with options for price, billing periods, free trial periods, and coupons. The service uses your own Stripe or BrainTree account to store subscriptions and receive payments, so you receive 100% of the revenue right away.
Best of all, no development is required to get up and running with your own branded subscription service. Your video players will automatically prompt viewers to login or subscribe on subscriber-only videos, and you’ll have access to embed code to place on your website for a turnkey subscription portal experience. Should you wish to extend the functionality of Embeddable Subscriptions, a comprehensive API is available to help you manage your users and subscriptions.

Embeddable Subscriptions is currently in Private Beta. If you're interested in getting access, head to the "Make Money" section of the Zype Dashboard and click to request access to the beta test. You'll need to fill out a short survey, and if you're selected to join the beta, we'll be in touch with access details. We're working hard to fine-tune this new feature and release it to all our users as soon as possible!
Add custom graphics and branding to your video embeds. In addition to the images automatically generated when you upload content, you now can upload your own custom image to make embedded videos more engaging, right in the Zype Dashboard.
