Manage Live Encoders
We’ve improved the experience of managing encoders for live events from within the admin.
Why it’s useful: Customers that use live events don’t need to navigate outside the Zype dashboard to access their encoders. When you want to schedule a live event, you can now turn on encoders straight from the admin.
How to use it: Just navigate to the live events page in the admin and you’ll see the “Manage Encoders” button on the top right corner.
Encoders can also be found in the tools menu. Just click the gear icon at the top of the page and scroll down to “Manage Encoders”. Once you click the button, a new tab will open with all of the encoders you have available to turn on and off.
