Technical Interview Process

Application

We ask everyone interested in joining Zype to apply through our career site.

Interview with People Operations

Here we will ask about your experience and assess your communication skills and cultural fit

Technical Interview

You will meet with the Engineering team, who will go deeper into  your experience and conduct a brief live coding challenge

Take Home Assignment

We will sent you an exercise to complete at your earliest convenience

Manager Interview

You will meet with our CTO and discuss the position  in detail.

Final Call with People Operations

We will ask follow up questions and ask for references before an offer is made

Non-Technical Interview Process

Application

Here we will ask about your experience and assess your communication skills and cultural fit

Team Interviews

You will have 2 team interviews, each with 2-3 Zypesters. The first will focus on your overall experience and interest in the role, and the second will focus more on specific experience related to the position you are applying to.

Take Home Assignment

We present you with a scenario similar to a work situation you would encounter at Zype and ask that you complete it at your earliest convenience.

Manager Interview

You will meet with the Department Manager.

Final Call with People Operations

We will ask follow up questions and ask for references before an offer is made
