We are looking for an Inbound SDR to join our growing Marketing team.
What's exciting about this role
- You will be joining a fast paced software company building the infrastructure for streaming video with an API-first SaaS focused on serving enterprise teams, and working alongside highly knowledgeable teams.
- This is a 100% remote role, as we are a remote work company (recently transitioning in the last year from our HQ in NYC)
What you will do:
- Research and qualify all inbound leads
- Connect with leads through email, phone, and social channels
- Work with team to understand how to quickly qualify and segment inbound leads
- Work with team to execute lead nurture campaigns (potentially outbound campaigns as well)
- Handle all Zype X leads and lead them through a sales process.
- Route direct sales fit leads to the Sales team
- Identify gaps in content and collaborate on filling them with Sales and Marketing colleagues
What you will need:
- Bachelors degree in business-related field
- 1-2 years SDR/marketing experience in a SaaS company
- Experience with sales and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Zoominfo, Mailchimp, Calendly)
- Knowledge of the startup environment
