Inbound Sales Development Representative

We are looking for an Inbound SDR to join our growing Marketing team.

What's exciting about this role

  • You will be joining a fast paced software company building the infrastructure for streaming video with an API-first SaaS focused on serving enterprise teams, and working alongside highly knowledgeable teams.
  • This is a 100% remote role, as we are a remote work company (recently transitioning in the last year from our HQ in NYC) 

What you will do:

  • Research and qualify all inbound leads
  • Connect with leads through email, phone, and social channels
  • Work with team to understand how to quickly qualify and segment inbound leads
  • Work with team to execute lead nurture campaigns (potentially outbound campaigns as well)
  • Handle all Zype X leads and lead them through a sales process.
  • Route direct sales fit leads to the Sales team
  • Identify gaps in content and collaborate on filling them with Sales and Marketing colleagues

What you will need:

  • Bachelors degree in business-related field
  • 1-2 years SDR/marketing experience in a SaaS company
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Zoominfo, Mailchimp, Calendly)
  • Knowledge of the startup environment
