Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager passionate about building relationships and driving revenue growth in our customer base. This is a cross-functional role that requires a proactive, process-driven, problem solver that can coordinate across teams both internally and with customers and produce results.

What you will do:

  • Conduct new customer onboarding and encourage customers to use product
  • Identify new business opportunities within the existing customer base and coordinate add-ons / renewals
  • Attend and coordinate customer visits
  • Interpret customer requests, assign team ownership, delegate responsibility and advocate requests across pertinent functional areas (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support)
  • Monitor and publish reports on customer usage, product engagement and growth performance
  • Develop content that educates customers and Zypesters to get published on our public-facing sites (Zype.com, Blog, Help Center)
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers, both technical and business-focused within the same organization to maintain pulse on customer satisfaction.

What you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably for a SaaS company
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Presentation)
