Senior Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Sales team. Reporting to the SVP of Sales you will partner closely with Sales team members to strategize, execute, and assist in the overall sales process by helping potential customers understand Zype's solution offering through the communication of technical information and answering detailed technical questions about our offerings.

What you will do:

• Assist sales team with driving and winning complex sales opportunities
• Assist sales team with RFI/RFP responses.
• Provide technical assistance in helping to move sales opportunities forward through the sales cycle.
• Where applicable, assist sales in identifying potential partnerships to close gaps that will help win complex opportunities.
• Drive successful POC engagements.

What you will need:

• 5+ years of experience supporting sales efforts for a SaaS company in the online video ecosystem.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Skilled at presenting complex solutions to tier 1 and tier 2 customers.
• A proven track record helping sales professionals close high tier and / or complex opportunties.
• Excellent writing skills.
• A team player that takes ownership of their role in helping the sales team achieve their goals.
